Founded in 2016 by film director Etti Inbal, Ph.D., CINEMATEC has grown into a respected platform for cultural exchange and thoughtful engagement with Israeli cinema.
Through curated screenings, filmmaker Q&A sessions, and community events, we bring together Israeli filmmakers and audiences from the Israeli and Jewish communities of northern New Jersey.
Our mission is to present high-quality Israeli films that spark dialogue, deepen understanding of contemporary Israeli life, and foster appreciation for the country’s diverse artistic landscape.
